Best Western Plus Hotel Ilulissat has six conference rooms. These rooms come in three different sizes and can all be booked under various conference packages upon inquiry. This ensures there is always a space perfectly suited to your needs.
You have the option of choosing between four different package solutions: Day meeting 1, day meeting 2, day meeting 3 and conference package one. With varying offerings, you have the flexibility to select the package that aligns best with you conference needs upon inquiry. For instance, you can indulge in an exclusive lunch experience at our rooftop restaurant, overlooking Disko Bay.
AULA
The auditorium is positioned as the heart of the conference center and can be booked with sofa modules or with chairs and tables in various configurations. This room is intended for up to 35 seated participants.
If you book the aulauen, you will also get two group rooms of rooms 1-3 for free use.
ROOMS 1-3
Rooms 1-3 have mobile partitions, and you can therefore book several rooms at a time and receive them as one large room.
Each room can easily be used by 12 seated participants, depending on your choice of table setup.
ROOM 4-5
Rooms 4 and 5 are our smallest group rooms. These are suitable for board meetings and other meetings with few participants. We recommend the premises for groups with less than ten participants.
